2019

In this body of work I appropriate internet vernacular imagery under the hashtag #architecturefails, then i do embroidery work over them to accentuate the design mistakes. through this action i make an iteration inspired on the design and building processes in architecture; starting as a 2d representation of a blueprint that then translates to a tridimensional manifestation (build object/space) that subsequently becomes 2d by being photographed. the embroidery in these works aims to add a tangible and tridimensional element to a two-dimensional object.​
